You cannot see the window, but you can infer it. Note roughly when heavy sessions ended, then add the window length — the refill is backdated from that point, not from when you noticed the cap. A session that ended at 2pm stops counting against you around the window mark, so a burst from 10am to 2pm means the biggest pressure lifts midafternoon. Two heuristics that hold up: the heaviest spend of the day predicts the tightest stretch a few hours later, and quiet periods genuinely refill the meter.
