Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to request deletion of your MeshCode account and its associated data. MeshCode is operated by Belli IO Team Co., Ltd. (Thailand) ("MeshCode", "we"). This applies to accounts used across the MeshCode desktop apps, the MeshCode mobile apps (iOS & Android), and meshcode.ai.

1. How to request deletion

Email help@meshcode.ai from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". To help us verify your identity, please send the request from your account email address and include that email address in the message.

We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days. You do not need an active subscription to request deletion. If you have an active paid subscription, please cancel it first (Account → Manage billing) or ask us to cancel it as part of the deletion.

2. What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data tied to your account, including:

  • your account profile (email address and hashed password);
  • your subscription and prepaid token balance record;
  • your usage and telemetry records that are linked to your account;
  • any prompt/session content stored on our servers that is associated with your account.

3. What may be retained

We may retain a limited amount of data where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial record-keeping. Specifically:

  • Payment & billing records: transaction and invoice records held by us and by our payment processor (Stripe) are retained as required by tax and accounting law. These records do not contain full card numbers.
  • Operational logs: security and operational logs are retained for a limited period (typically up to 180 days) and are then deleted or anonymized.

Retained data is not used to re-identify you for marketing and is deleted once no longer required.

4. Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to your account email address. After deletion, your account can no longer be used to sign in, and the deletion is permanent.
