Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MeshCode (the "Service") is an AI coding assistant operated by Belli IO Team Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand ("MeshCode", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

MeshCode provides a desktop application and related services that help developers write, edit, and debug code using AI models. AI features are delivered through our gateway, which routes requests to third-party AI model providers on your behalf. Paid AI features require an account and a positive prepaid balance. The Service is not sold as a subscription and nothing recurring is charged.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

4. Prepaid balance and billing

  • The Service is prepaid and usage-based. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, and no automatic renewals — you are charged only when you choose to top up.
  • You add funds to your account balance through our payment processor, Stripe. Each top-up is a one-time charge, and the funds are credited to your balance immediately on successful payment.
  • A service fee is deducted from each top-up before the remainder is credited to your balance. The fee percentage in effect is shown at checkout and is recorded against that top-up.
  • As you use paid AI features, the corresponding amount is deducted from your balance based on the tokens consumed and the price of the model used. When your balance reaches zero, paid AI features stop until you top up again.
  • Unused balance does not expire while your account remains active, and it has no cash value outside the Service.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for each top-up you initiate.

5. Stopping use and refunds

Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel: simply stop topping up. Your remaining balance stays available while your account is active, and you may close your account at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the AI gateway, or circumvent usage limits;
  • use the Service to generate malware, spam, or content that violates third-party rights;
  • share or transfer your account credentials to others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the code and content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to provide the Service (including transmitting it to AI model providers to generate responses). We do not claim ownership of AI-generated output you receive, subject to the providers' terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service and AI-generated output are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before use.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeshCode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
