Refund & Cancellation Policy

MeshCode sells digital services and consumable token credits that are delivered immediately. As a general rule, all purchases are final and non-refundable. The limited exceptions below exist only where required by law or in the case of a clear billing error.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your MeshCode subscription at any time from your account billing portal (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you keep full access to your plan's features until then — so you continue to use what you purchased through that period. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period.
2. Subscription fees are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, because the plan's usage allowances are made available to you immediately.
- The only exceptions are (a) a clear billing error (e.g., a duplicate charge or a charge after you cancelled), or (b) where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
- For exception cases, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.
3. Token top-ups are final
Prepaid token top-ups are consumable digital credits that are added to your balance immediately on purchase. All token top-up purchases are final and non-refundable, including any unused balance, except in the case of a duplicate/erroneous charge or where required by law. Unused prepaid balance does not expire while your account remains active, so you can use it over time.
4. How to request a refund
Email help@meshcode.ai from the email address on your account, including the approximate charge date and amount. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback. Charges on your statement appear as "MESHCODE".
